• The customer has the right to request a partial or full exchange of their order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The exchange is accepted only after prior communication with us and by sending the purchase receipt (invoice/receipt) to [email protected].
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, without damages, alterations or visible signs of extensive use. Returns are accepted only after communication and approval from our company.
  • The exchange can be made with any product of equal or greater value than the original item.
  • The exchange fee is €7 (which covers the shipping costs for the return and reshipment).
  • Once the exchange has been approved, we will ship the new product you selected. Upon delivery, you will hand over the item to be exchanged to the courier. The exchange fee and any price difference between the new and original item will be paid via cash on delivery upon receiving the new package.
  • If you need to return an item, please use Speedex courier only, with receiver billing (cost charged to us). If you choose to return the item with a different courier service, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Otherwise, the package will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Refunds

  • In the case of a refund request please contact us via email or social media (Facebook, Instagram) and attach the proof of purchase (receipt/invoice), along with the reason for the refund request and an explanation of why the product is being returned. (Note: Refunds are only issued for defective products.) The refund will be processed through our partner bank (Eurobank) to the account holder's name and IBAN that you provide. The refund for the value of the returned products will be completed within 14 working days from the date we receive the returned parcel. Once the return package is received, a quality check is carried out. As soon as it is confirmed that the products include all original tags, are in their initial condition, and have not been used, your request will be approved.
  • The initial shipping fee is non-refundable as it relates to the courier delivery service.
  • In the event of an error on our part (wrong item sent or defective product), the shipping costs for the replacement will be fully covered by us.
